About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with our key accounts and current clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order coordination, and issue resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business in the alloy and tool steel sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer communications across orders, deliveries, and technical specifications

- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly; escalate complex issues appropriately

- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve delivery and quality issues

- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback logs

- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders

- Prepare customer reports, order summaries, and performance metrics





- Support the sales team with customer documentation and compliance requirements

- Identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion

- Ensure compliance with customer requirements (ISO, test certificates, documentation)

Required Qualifications

- Education:

B.Com, B.A. (Commerce), or equivalent commerce-related degree

- Experience:

2–4 years in customer relations, customer support, or sales support in manufacturing/B2B

- Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi

- Proficiency in MS Office and email management

- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple accounts

- Customer-first mindset
