Your Responsibilities

- Processing payments: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive checkout experience.

- Assisting with product assembly & exchanges: Help customers with assembly concerns and exchange components when needed.

- Supporting store goals: Understand and contribute to the store s commercial action plan to maximize sales and profitability.

- Ensuring store safety & compliance: Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and colleagues.

- Promoting IKEA values: Uphold and reflect IKEA s values in all customer interactions.
