GoRepair is looking for a confident, customer-friendly and well-organized Customer Experience & Service Coordinator to manage the complete customer journey — from initial enquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers at the GoRepair reception and assist them with their service requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and repair/service records.
- Handle online service enquiries and leads, make timely callbacks and convert enquiries into service bookings.
- Explain repair services, pricing, timelines and warranty terms clearly to customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending enquiries and service bookings.
- Coordinate with technicians and other GoRepair branches/workshops regarding ongoing repairs.
- Track the exact repair status, issue/condition of the device and expected completion time.
- Keep customers regularly updated about their device repair progress.
- Coordinate the movement of devices when a repair needs to be handled at another branch/workshop.
- Ensure timely customer follow-up, repair completion and final handover.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a smooth overall service experience.




- Maintain proper communication between customers, technicians and the internal team.

Qualifications

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office and WhatsApp

Valuable customer-handling and interpersonal skills

Strong follow-up and coordination ability

Ability to explain services and pricing confidently

Freshers can apply if they have good communication and a customer-friendly attitude

Prior experience in customer service, front desk, sales or coordination will be an advantage

Ideal CandidateSomeone who is responsible, proactive and comfortable talking to customers, following up on pending work, coordinating with technicians and making sure that no customer enquiry or repair update is missed.
