We need a Customer Relationship Executive to manage post-sales engagement with our buyers. You will ensure a delightful experience from booking to possession.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard recent buyers and explain the journey ahead

- Coordinate with developers for construction updates

- Resolve queries on payments, documentation, possession

- Collect testimonials and referrals

- Maintain buyer satisfaction scores

Requirements

- 1-3 years in customer service / relationship management

- Real estate or financial services background preferred

- Empathetic communicator with problem-solving mindset

- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot a plus)

- Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi
