- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for modification and enhancement.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionalities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within CRM systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other applications.
- Understanding of database management and query optimization related to CRM data.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
