- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Workfront Work Management Software.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration.
- Experience in customizing and integrating work management solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate them into effective software configurations.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to support application lifecycle management.
