We are looking for a Network Migration Specialist to execute AWS network migration initiatives on our platform. This role focuses on designing and migrating enterprise and hybrid network architectures within AWS while ensuring security, reliability, and minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute network migration strategies for on-premises environments and AWS.
- Design and implement AWS networking architectures including VPCs, subnets, routing, and load balancers.
- Implement AWS Transit Gateway for hub-and-spoke and multi-VPC connectivity.
- Configure and manage AWS Direct Connect and VPN for hybrid connectivity.
- Perform network adoption aligned with AWS best practices.
- Define and enforce network security and firewall policies (Security Groups,



NACLs, AWS Network Firewall, third-party firewalls).
- Support and integrate Kubernetes (EKS) networking during migration activities.
- Operate and support Amazon EKS clusters in production environments.
- Implement and manage cluster autoscaling and node provisioning using Karpenter.
- Define and enforce Kubernetes governance and policies using Kyverno.
- Automate network provisioning and migration workflows using Terraform.
- Implement and support GitOps and CI/CD workflows required for migrations.
- Identify migration risks and contribute to rollback and mitigation strategies.
- Perform network validation, testing, and post-migration optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex networking and connectivity issues during migration phases.
- Document target architectures, migration plans, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in network engineering, cloud migration, AWS infrastructure roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS networking services including VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, and Site-to-Site VPN.
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts such as BGP, routing, firewalls, and network segmentation.
- Experience defining and managing firewall and security policies.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for network and infrastructure provisioning.
- Experience supporting or migrating workloads to AWS EKS (networking-focused).
- Working knowledge of Python for automation and scripting.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and GitOps workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, Argo CD).




- Solid troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
