Job Responsibilities

- Handle client queries through email, chat, and voice calls.
- Provide prompt and effective solutions to client concerns.
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction and service experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Manage client tickets, follow-ups, and support requests.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately within timelines.

Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a continuous night/US shift.
- Willing to work from office in Aundh, Pune.
- Freshers and immediate joiners are welcome.
