Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and engaging CRT Trainer to prepare students for campus recruitment and enhance their overall employability. The role involves delivering training in communication, aptitude, group discussions, interviews, and professional skills while tracking and improving student performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging training sessions on communication skills, quantitative aptitude, group discussions, mock interviews, and soft skills.

- Prepare students for campus placements, recruitment processes, and job interviews.

- Assess students' individual strengths and areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback and mentoring.

- Track student performance, attendance, and progression through relevant assessment and performance metrics.

- Develop and update training modules, curriculum, assessments, and practice materials based on current industry and recruitment trends.

- Conduct mock interviews, GDs, aptitude assessments, and other placement-readiness activities.





- Motivate and mentor students to build confidence, professionalism, and workplace readiness.

- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi.

- Robust presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking skills.

- Good understanding of campus recruitment and placement processes.

- Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude, interview preparation, GDs, and employability skills.

- High emotional intelligence and strong student engagement and mentoring abilities.

- Ability to assess learner performance and provide actionable feedback.

Qualification

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or any other relevant technical field.

- Prior experience in CRT, placement training, employability skills, or student training will be preferred.
