CRM Tele caller is responsible to:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and customers.
- Explain diagnostic tests, health packages, offers, pricing and preparation instructions.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments/bookings.
- Generate leads through outbound calling and follow up with existing customers.
- Promote health check-up packages, preventive packages and home sample collection.
- Follow up with patients for pending appointments and repeat health check-ups.
- Maintain accurate patient information and call details in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with phlebotomists, collection centres, front office and laboratory teams.
- Handle patient queries politely and escalate complaints when required.
- Maintain daily calling, follow-up and conversion reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly calling, booking and revenue targets.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
