Role Description The Creative Graphic Designer is a full-time role based in Jabalpur with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. In this position, the designer will conceptualize and produce visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and branding projects. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating graphics and layouts, refining brand visuals, and collaborating with marketing teams to ensure designs align with campaign objectives.

The role also involves preparing files for digital and web use, iterating on feedback from stakeholders, and maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.



The designer will stay updated on design trends and tools to continually elevate the quality and impact of visual communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and web-based marketing materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Branding and Logo Design to develop and refine cohesive brand identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Design to create user-friendly, visually engaging layouts for websites and landing pages.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) and an understanding of design principles and typography.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative, original, and commercially effective design work across digital platforms.
