BuzzBright is looking for a Creative Content Designer who can think creatively, shoot confidently and edit beautifully.
What you’ll be doing-
-Plan and execute photo & video shoots for brands and social media.
-Edit engaging reels, short-form videos and branded content
-Create visually strong social media creatives using Photoshop & Canva.
-Develop concepts that turn simple ideas into scroll-stopping content.
-Explore and leverage AI tools to generate, enhance and experiment with creative visuals.
-Understand lighting, composition, colour, framing and the overall visual language of a brand.
-Stay updated with social media formats, trends and what actually makes people stop scrolling.
-Strong Content Design skills, including the ability to create structured,
user-centered content for web, mobile, and digital campaigns.
-Experience in Content Strategy and Content Management, with the ability to plan, organize, and maintain content across multiple platforms.
-Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
-Research skills to understand audiences, markets, and competitors, and to translate insights into content decisions.
-Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and how content supports performance, branding, and user engagement.
-Ability to work on-site in the Eastern Suburbs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, agency setting.
-Relevant qualification in Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; agency experience is a plus.
What we’re looking for-
1–2 years of relevant experience in content creation, video editing, graphic design or a similar creative role.
You should be comfortable working with:
Adobe Premiere Pro • Photoshop • Canva • CapCut • AI Creative Tools
More importantly, we're looking for someone with a strong visual eye, curiosity, initiative and the ability to bring an idea to life.
A good portfolio/showreel is a must.
