Creative Content & Video Intern

We're looking for a creative, ideas-first Content & Video Intern to join our Employer Branding & Internal Engagement COE.

Someone who thinks in stories, understands new-age content and can take an idea from concept > storyboard > shoot > edit > final creative. You'll work on social campaigns, events and internal brand moments, with plenty of room to experiment and make things your own.

What you'll do :

Conceptualise, storyboard, shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, campaign content and event coverage.

Create quick-turn content primarily using a phone + basic camera setups.

Turn campaign briefs into fresh creative ideas and content formats.

Create supporting visual creatives for campaigns, events and internal communication.

Experiment with trends,



formats and storytelling styles and figure out what works for our audience.

Work with the team to bring campaigns and employee experiences to life - both on-screen and on-ground.

Who we're looking for :

Background in Mass Comm, Film, Design, NIFT, Advertising, Media or similar.

Strong visual sense and a social-native mindset.

Hands-on with tools like VN, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar.

Someone who can think creatively and execute independently.

Curious, enterprising, rapid-learning and obsessed with positive content.

Comfortable experimenting, trying things that haven't been done before and figuring things out along the way.

Portfolio Requirement :

A portfolio is a must - Instagram, Behance, Drive or any other link that shows your work.

We'd especially like to see videos you've shot/edited, storyboards, campaign ideas, design work or social content. Personal and college projects count too.
