Job Purpose: Job responsibility to increase productivity in anodizing process.

Responsibilities:

· Check the Jigged material Quality and jigging method.

· Operation of crane and proper safety norms to be followed to avoid accident.

· Check the bath working level and check the bath conditions with chemist reports.

· Maintain the process PH, temperature and timings as per SOP in all anodizing baths.

· Check the quality of material before anodizing and after etching if its accepted then send the material for next process.

· Maintain the anodizing timing as per micron required by customer.

· Check the micron of the anodized material if it meets the customer requirements as per D.F.T Test EN ISO 2360 then send the material for next process.

· As per the customer requirements if colour is required, check and maintain the colour in Electro plating as per the SOP and requirements and then send the material for next process.

· Sealing to be done with proper timing to the anodized material.

· Sealing to be checked and verified for every batch of anodizing with help of ink test procedure as per the SOP.





· Adhere and follow the SOP given for sand Anodizing and crane operations.

· Use proper PPE (Goggles, hand gloves, safety helmet, Safety shoe, nose mask) while doing crane operations.

· Follow 3s ( Shine, Set in order, short)

· Ensure proper removal of the bath liquid by tilting mechanism and not to carry into the next bath, thus avoiding the bath contaminations

· To be present, help and understand during any kind of breakdown, repair or preventive maintenance
