This is a full-time, on-site Courier Operations Executive role based in New Delhi. The role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day movement of export courier shipments, coordinating pickups, planning incoming loads, and ensuring smooth movement of shipments from clients to the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with clients regarding pickup requirements, shipment volumes, and timelines.
- Plan and coordinate daily pickups and incoming courier loads to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage the bagging and consolidation of courier shipments for dispatch.
- Coordinate with drivers and runners, planning routes and assigning pickups/deliveries efficiently.




- Plan airline bookings and required courier space based on shipment volumes and flight schedules.
- Coordinate the loading and dispatch of courier shipments to the airport within required cut-off times.
- Monitor the overall movement of shipments and resolve day-to-day operational issues to avoid delays.
- Maintain coordination between clients, drivers, runners, airline teams, and internal operations.

Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in courier, logistics, freight forwarding, or similar operations.
- Solid planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and operational requirements simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and operational systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field preferred.
- Fluent in English.
