Key Responsibilities

1. Tele-Counseling & Lead Management

 Make outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents from assigned databases  Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email professionally

 Conduct tele-counseling and ensure consistent follow-ups on leads

 Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systems

 Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (calls, conversions, enrollments)

 Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets

1. Admission Counseling

 Counsel students and parents on academic programs, eligibility, admission procedures, fee structures, scholarships, and significant deadlines  Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses

 Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects

 Guide applicants throughout the admission process until successful enrollment

 Apply effective counselling and persuasion techniques to convert leads into admissions
