We are looking for a Counsellor with excellent communication skills and good knowledge of Eye Care, Cataract & LASIK procedures.

Position: Eye Care Counsellor

Key Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Cataract and LASIK procedures
- Experience in counselling patients and explaining treatment options
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with patients and attendants
- Patient-focused and professional approach
- Prior experience in an eye hospital/clinic will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel patients regarding cataract, LASIK, and other eye-care procedures
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and related information clearly
- Address patient queries and concerns
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team
- Maintain a positive and qualified patient experience
