WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR SCIENTIST / SCIENTIST – COSMETIC R&D;

Brinton Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate Cosmetic Formulation Scientist to join our R&D; team in Pune and contribute to the development of the next generation of dermatology-led skincare and dermo-cosmetic innovations.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a strong hands-on scientist who can take an idea from:

Concept → Formulation → Prototype → Stability → Scale-up → Commercialisation The role will involve developing differentiated formulations, evaluating new ingredients and technologies, solving complex formulation challenges, and translating scientific concepts into commercially successful products for India and international markets.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- M.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / or relevant qualification in Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or related disciplines
- Strong hands-on experience in cosmetic / dermo-cosmetic formulation R&D;
- Deep understanding of active ingredients, excipients, emulsions, surfactants, rheology, preservatives and advanced delivery systems
- Experience in formulation optimisation, compatibility, stability studies,



technology transfer and scale-up
- Understanding of Indian and preferably international cosmetic regulatory requirements
- Ability to evaluate emerging ingredients, technologies and global skincare innovation trends
- Strong scientific curiosity, problem-solving ability and an innovation mindset
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Manufacturing, Medical and Business teams
