Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Corporate Relations Specialist to join our team in Kozhikode. In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between Beat Educations and corporate hiring partners. You will lead corporate outreach, establish strategic partnerships, secure hiring MoUs, and manage end-to-end placement drives for our graduates.

Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Partnerships & B2B Outreach: Identify, target, and onboard new corporate partners, IT firms, MNCs, and growing startups to expand our placement network.
- MoU Signing & Alliances: Draft, present, and close strategic partnership agreements and hiring MoUs to secure continuous placement opportunities for students.
- Placement Management: Coordinate end-to-end placement drives, off-campus hiring, and internship programs to achieve target placement metrics.
- Industry Engagement: Organize guest lectures, CXO workshops, corporate seminars, and industry visits to give students direct exposure to industry leaders.




- Market Intelligence: Interface regularly with HR heads and talent acquisition teams to gather market insights and feedback, helping keep our training curricula aligned with current hiring trends.
- Student Preparedness: Partner with internal trainers to mentor students on corporate expectations, interview etiquette, and career readiness.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in Corporate Relations, Placement Operations, Training & Placement (T&P;), or B2B Sales/Business Development within EdTech or Higher Education.
- Network: Strong existing network of HR professionals, talent acquisition leads, and corporate hiring managers (especially across South India/Kerala tech ecosystems).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, B2B pitching, and interpersonal communication skills; proficiency in CRM platforms and Google Sheets/Excel.
