Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute corporate communication and PR strategies for Exhibition Showcase.
- Draft and distribute press releases, corporate announcements, media notes, company profiles, and official statements.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, industry associations, organisers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for media coverage, interviews, features, partnerships, and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and develop accurate corporate communication.
- Manage communication with exhibition organisers, associations, industry leaders, sponsors, and business partners.
- Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns, media campaigns, industry initiatives, and corporate events.
- Prepare communication material for LinkedIn, newsletters, websites, presentations, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate interviews and leadership communication with senior industry professionals.
- Maintain a database of media contacts, industry stakeholders, partners, and communication opportunities.
- Monitor relevant industry news, media coverage, and competitor communication.
- Track media coverage and prepare PR and communication reports.
- Ensure consistency in Exhibition Showcases brand voice, messaging,



and corporate identity.
- Support crisis communication and reputation management when required.
- Work closely with the Editorial, Business Development, Social Media, and Events teams.

- Strong research and networking abilities.
- Ability to draft professional press releases, emails, corporate profiles, and announcements.

- Good understanding of LinkedIn and other professional communication platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and skilled follow-up skills.
