Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Copywriter role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Copywriter will develop clear, engaging copy for marketing campaigns, press releases, websites, presentations, and client-facing materials. Day-to-day tasks include researching client industries, understanding target audiences, drafting and revising copy, and aligning messaging with strategic business goals.

The role involves close collaboration with consultants, marketing teams, and designers to ensure content supports growth initiatives and brand positioning.



The Copywriter will also maintain editorial standards, proofread deliverables, and manage multiple projects with defined deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong Writing and Communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive content for diverse audiences.
- Experience creating Press Releases and marketing-oriented copy that supports business and brand objectives.
- Attention to detail with solid Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Understanding of Marketing principles and content strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience writing WhatsApp/CRM communication.
- Understanding of consumer behaviour
- Hinglish/regional language capability is an advantage.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance-led copywriting
- Strong attention to detail
