Roles and Responsibilities:

- Build and enhance custom Copilot Studio solutions with topics, actions, connectors, and agent workflows.
- Develop Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows to automate business processes across Microsoft 365 and external systems.
- Design and implement integrations using custom connectors, REST APIs, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph.
- Work with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure OpenAI to support enterprise automation scenarios.
- Support secure solution design using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, and RBAC while collaborating with developers and technical leads.

Skills Required:

- 7 to 10 years of overall experience, including 2 to 3 years of hands-on Copilot Studio experience.




- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including custom copilots and agent development.
- Practical development experience across Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Ability to build scalable integrations using custom connectors, REST APIs, Microsoft 365 services, and Azure components.
- Experience delivering secure automation solutions with authentication, access control, and enterprise deployment patterns.

Good to Have:
- Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, Agentic AI, Python, JavaScript, C#, PL-400, PL-600, AI-102

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
