- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.
- Support users through onsite and remote troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.

Desktop Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10, 11).
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and antivirus updates.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other endpoint devices.
- Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance activities.

Active Directory & User Management
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory.
- Manage user permissions, group memberships, and password policies.
- Support host configuration and access control requirements.
- Assist in maintaining Windows Server environments.
