Position: North Indian Cook

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic North Indian cuisine, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
- Prepare dishes such as roti, naan, paratha, dal, sabzi, paneer, biryani, curries, kebabs, and other North Indian specialties.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Plan daily menus and manage food preparation efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage ingredients and minimize food wastage.
- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a North Indian Cook.
- Strong knowledge of authentic North Indian cuisine.
- Experience working in hotels, restaurants, catering companies,



or private kitchens preferred.
- Good kitchen management and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work abroad and adapt to a multicultural environment.
- Valid passport preferred.
