What will you do in this role

1. Agency Branding Social Media Custodianship

- Ideate, create and manage channels-LinkedIn, Instagram, website to highlight agency milestones, culture, and employer branding
- Develop case studies, success stories, blogs and credential decks highlighting agency specialised knowledge
- Develop newsletters, emailers highlighting agency credentials
- Strategic Positioning, IP creation Sales support
- Understand key industries, work on developing/promoting IPs for the agency. Handle the necessary trademarking process
- Support BD/sales team in key pitches and building credential decks
- PR, Awards Industry Recognition
- Track major advertising and marketing awards, evaluate entry requirements, and manage case study submissions
- Build relationships with media outlets and draft press releases for major agency wins or leadership appointments
- Liaise with government bodies for key strategic initiatives

- Internal Communications Branding
- Plan town halls, internal newsletters, and leadership update talks

- Crisis Management




- Develop rapid response protocols and lead communication strategies during negative events or controversies to mitigate reputational damage

What are we looking for
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or Business
- Exceptional copywriting, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and presentation skills
- Good research instincts; independent thinker and executer
- Confident and smart communicator
- Comfortable using AI tools for ideation and visualisation
