About the Role

Pehchaan The Street School is looking for a Content Team Lead Intern who can lead the content team, plan impactful communication, and ensure consistent, high-quality content across our digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with strong writing, leadership, research, and coordination skills who wants hands-on experience in content strategy and social impact communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate a team of Content Writer Interns .
- Create weekly/monthly content plans and allocate tasks to team members.
- Review, edit, proofread, and approve content before submission/publication.
- Write and supervise content for social media, blogs, website, campaigns, newsletters, PR and impact stories .




- Conduct keyword research and ensure content follows SEO and AEO best practices .
- Research education, social impact, CSR and NGO-related topics.
- Maintain Pehchaan The Street School’s brand voice and communication guidelines across content.
- Track individual team members' targets, deadlines and quality of work.
- Conduct regular team meetings, feedback sessions and training.
- Coordinate with the Social Media, Graphics, PR and Projects teams for content requirements.
- Maintain weekly reports covering tasks assigned, completed work, pending work and team performance.
