Role Description The Content Strategist role at Ananta Chhajer/MBACircle is a full-time remote position focused on shaping and executing the overall content vision for the platform. In this role, you will develop and maintain content strategies. Your day-to-day work will include planning content ideas, defining key themes and formats, and collaborating with editors, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality across channels. .

You will research education based content ideas for Instagram, YouTube and Linkedin. A considerable time would be spent on social media research and understanding patterns on Social Media. Primarily you will be working on education and infotainment content

Qualifications

- Have previously worked in content strategy for influencers or brands or have grown one's own page to a considerable follower count.
- Strong skills in Content Development, including planning topics, structuring materials,



and collaborating with contributors to create high-quality resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible way.
- Comfortable with using AI tools but knowing what actually adds value to content. Using AI tool as a support and not the end product.
- Comfort working in a remote workplace, with strong time management, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable in conversations with diverse people and ability to wear multiple hats as per requirement
