We’re looking for someone who:

- ? Has a deep understanding of content —what works, why it works, and for whom.
- ? Brings extraordinary, unconventional, and out-of-the-box content ideas .
- ? Thinks beyond content creation and understands content as a driver of results .
- ? Has a strong understanding of SEO, discoverability, and audience behaviour .
- ? Has experience leading and managing teams of writers, video editors, graphic designers, anchors, and other content creators.
- ✍️ Can think through scripting, storytelling, formats, campaigns, and content strategy .
- ? Is highly creative, proactive,



and ready to experiment and learn .
- ⚡ Most importantly, has the will to work, build, experiment, and make things happen .

We’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to make content . We’re looking for someone who knows how to make people care.
