Position Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional Content Researcher who goes beyond basic data gathering to actively architect and develop scripts and content blueprints for our long-form video editors and short-form video editors. You will serve as the crucial bridge between raw data and final visual execution, ensuring our editors have watertight research, structured narrative arcs and precise visual references to produce viral, accurate and compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Topic Ideation & Audience Hook: Discover and pitch high-potential topics for long-form videos and short-form assets, clearly defining the viewer psychology and why people will want to watch.
- Editorial & Script Blueprinting: Translate raw research into structured documentation, narrative outlines, and script frameworks specifically tailored for our long-form and short-form video editors to execute seamlessly.
- Exhaustive Fact-Finding: Conduct deep desk research using reliable articles, industry reports, interviews, and official sources to compile critical facts, event timelines, and data points.
- Rigorous Verification: Meticulously cross-verify names, dates, numerical data, and quotes while flagging ambiguous or unconfirmed information to maintain absolute editorial integrity.
- Visual Asset Curation: Source and organize compelling photos, archival video references,



supporting documents, and data points alongside original source links and permission requirements for the editing team.
- Production Support: Collaborate continuously during production to answer research questions, double-check script facts during editing, and deliver organized assets strictly on schedule.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

- Experience: Proven background in content research, journalism, or a similar field, backed by concrete samples demonstrating your independent research work.
- Research Mastery: Superior online research capabilities with a sharp eye for separating credible sources from digital noise.
- Communication & Domain Interest: Strong command of clear English paired with a genuine fascination for technology and business, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
- Execution & Adaptability: High level of autonomy, strict adherence to deadlines, and a constructive attitude toward team feedback.

What You Will Deliver

- Comprehensive Research Docs: For every assigned topic, you will submit a complete dossier containing background facts, structured source links, visual references, and script-ready insights tailored for video editors.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
