Key Responsibilities:

- Own monthly/weekly content planning, topic allocation, production targets, rostering, and workload distribution.

- Coordinate writers, editors, and QC teams to ensure smooth, timely delivery.

- Leverage GSC, Keyword Planner, SEO, AEO & GEO to drive content strategy and discoverability.

- Lead content QC, audits, and development of SOPs for content creation and publishing.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on production, traffic, registrations, and keyword rankings.

- Identify trends/anomalies and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2530 content professionals.

- Drive onboarding, training, performance management, and career development.

Requirements:

- 812 years of content/editorial experience, including 5–7 years in team management.

- Strong experience in high-volume content planning, resource allocation, and operations.

- Hands-on knowledge of GSC, Keyword Planner, SEO, AEO & GEO.

- Experience building SOPs, QC frameworks, and reporting dashboards.

- Solid analytical, coordination, people management, and training skills.

- Experience in EdTech, publishing, or digital media preferred.
