Key Responsibilities

- Create and edit content for LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Write engaging captions, articles, blogs, marketing copy, and promotional content.
- Research industry trends, competitors, topics, and relevant content ideas.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar.
- Support the creation of social media posts, visuals, short-form videos, and other marketing materials.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Use AI tools to assist with content research, ideation, writing, editing, and content creation.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for new content.
- Assist with basic SEO content, including keyword research and optimisation.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams on campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track basic content performance, engagement, and audience response.
- Perform other marketing and content-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism,



Communications, English, Business, or a related field.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Good research and writing skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content-related work.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content/design tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience with content creation, social media, blogging, or digital marketing is an advantage but not required.
