Job Summary

Xylem Learning Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator Trainee to join our team in Kozhikode. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who are interested in content creation, storytelling, social media, and digital learning.

The selected candidate will work with experienced team members and gain practical exposure to content planning, scriptwriting, social media content, and basic video production.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in creating content for social media, blogs, articles, reels, and educational videos.
- Support the development of content based on academic and marketing requirements.
- Research relevant topics, trends, and content ideas for digital platforms.
- Assist with writing and editing scripts for educational and promotional videos.
- Support the content team during video shoots and other production activities.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, design, and video teams for content projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new content ideas.
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and publishing activities.
- Proofread content and check grammar, clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Follow company guidelines while preparing and publishing content.
- Assist in reviewing basic content performance and engagement metrics.
- Take up additional content-related tasks as assigned by the team.





Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong interest in content creation, storytelling, and digital media.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Good creative thinking and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Positive time management and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Internship, freelance, academic project, or personal experience in content creation.
- A portfolio of writing, social media, video, or other creative work will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools is preferred.
- Interest in education and digital learning content is an advantage.
