About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Content Creator who can produce engaging content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement, and digital reach. If you're passionate about storytelling, social media trends, and creating high-performing content, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Ticktok, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and creative social media posts.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and content copies.
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Stay updated with trending topics, viral content formats, and platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team for campaigns.
- Monitor content performance and optimize future content based on analytics.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.





Salary Structure

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Content Creation or Social Media Content.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar tools).
- Basic graphic designing knowledge (Canva, Photoshop is a plus).
- Excellent storytelling and content writing skills.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and analytics.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work from the office and collaborate with the team.
