- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, and short-form videos showcasing TheVaras designer outfits, fabrics, embroidery, fittings, and finished looks.

- Shoot high-quality photos and videos of models, customers, garments, studio activities, and behind-the-scenes moments.

- Plan creative concepts for current collections, product launches, festive campaigns, weddings, and client showcases.

- Edit videos and photos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, or similar applications.

- Develop visually appealing Reels with trending music, transitions, text overlays, and storytelling.

- Maintain a consistent premium, modern, masculine and luxury aesthetic across TheVara’s social media.

- Create content around the complete design journey: fabric sketch/design embroidery tailoring fitting final look.

- Capture detailed content highlighting embroidery, fabrics, buttons, trims, craftsmanship, and other design details.

- Coordinate with fashion designers, tailors, models, photographers, and customers when creating content.

- Assist with model shoots and styling, including outfit presentation, poses, backgrounds, accessories, and shot selection.





- Write creative captions, hooks, hashtags, and short promotional copy for social media.

- Research current men’s fashion, wedding wear, Indo-Western, ethnic-wear and social-media trends and suggest fresh content ideas.

- Help maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar and ensure content is created and posted consistently.

- Organize photos, raw videos, edited content, customer shoots, and campaign assets in the company’s shared folders.

- Create before/after, transformation, customer reveal, styling and behind-the-scenes content.

- Identify opportunities to collaborate with models, influencers, photographers, customers and local creators.

- Track basic content performance such as views, reach, engagement, saves, shares and follower growth, and recommend improvements.

- Be comfortable appearing behind or in front of the camera when required.

- Bring new creative ideas independently rather than waiting for detailed instructions for every piece of content.Role & responsibilities
