Role Description The Content Creator Intern will support the development of engaging educational and marketing content for Industry Ready Academy’s programs and initiatives. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar, where the intern will collaborate with trainers, marketing staff, and other team members. Day-to-day tasks may include drafting social media posts, creating basic visual or video content, assisting in writing blogs or course descriptions, and helping to repurpose training materials into learner-friendly formats.





The intern will also help research trending topics in education and careers, support content scheduling, and ensure that all content aligns with the academy’s brand voice and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to create clear, engaging written content for digital platforms (e.g., social media captions, short articles, course summaries).
- Basic familiarity with visual or video content creation tools (such as Canva, simple video editors, or presentation software).
- Strong research and organization skills to gather information and present it in a simple, structured manner.
- Comfort working with online platforms and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or similar tools) for collaboration and content management.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with trainers and cross-functional teams on-site.
- Interest in education, skills development, or career readiness; prior exposure to content creation or marketing is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in any discipline; fields such as communications, marketing, or education are a plus.
