Consultant | SAP MM | Vadodara | SAP | DSA SAP Accounts Key Responsibilities The consultant shall collaborate closely with business team, co – partners or any other team members to support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.

The consultant shall collaborate closely with business team, co – partners or any other team members to support requirement gathering, process analysis, and fit-to-standard/fit-gap assessments.

The consultant shall provide support in configuration of SAP S/4HANA MM processes, including:

- Material Master
- Business Partner/Supplier Master
- Purchase Requisitions
- Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
- Purchase Orders
- Contracts and Scheduling Agreements
- Source Determination
- Source Lists
- Quota Arrangements
- Purchasing Approvals/Release Workflows
- Goods Receipt
- Goods Issue
- Stock Transfers
- Physical Inventory
- Inventory Management
- Invoice Verification
- Subcontracting
- Consignment
- External Services Procurement
- Any other process which is required to meet business objectives

Required Skills

- 7 years relevant SAP experience with 3 years in SAP S/4 HANA implementation/ support.
- We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Functional Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience to participate in an end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation. The consultant will be responsible for procurement, inventory management, material master, supplier processes, SAP MM configuration, integration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support.




- The consultant shall provide support in configuration of purchasing organizations, purchasing groups, plants, storage locations, valuation areas, and related organizational structures.
- The consultant shall provide support in creation/ migration of S/4HANA Business Partner and supplier-master processes.
- The consultant shall provide support in configuring inventory-management and purchasing-related processes.
- The consultant shall provide support in integration of SAP MM with PP, PM, SD, QM, and FI/CO.
- The consultant shall provide support in creation/ migration of procurement processes for maintenance spare parts in coordination with SAP PM.
- The consultant shall collaborate closely with business team, co – partners or any other team members to support master-data design, cleansing, mapping, migration, and validation.
- The consultant shall collaborate closely with business team, co – partners or any other team members to prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and enhancements.
- The consultant shall support preparation and execution of unit, integration, regression, and UAT test scenarios.
- The consultant shall support defect resolution and coordinate with business users during testing.
- The consultant shall provide post-implementation support and ongoing system enhancements.
- The consultant shall provide functional support and troubleshoot production issues.
- The consultant shall maintain configuration documents, process flows, functional specifications, and project documentation
- Graduate and relevant qualified experience in the respective SAP S/4 HANA module Consultant
