Key Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering, process analysis, and fit-to-standard/fit-gap assessments.

The consultant shall analyze existing maintenance processes and design optimized To-Be processes using SAP S/4HANA best practices.

The consultant shall support in configuration of SAP PM S/4HANA Asset Management processes, including:

- Functional Locations

- Equipment

- Technical Objects

- Equipment BOMs

- Maintenance Notifications

- Maintenance Orders

- Preventive Maintenance

- Maintenance Plans and Scheduling
- Measuring Points and Measurement Documents

- Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance

- Refurbishment processes
- Calibration-related maintenance processes
- Configure maintenance order types, notification types, priorities, statuses, planning, scheduling, costing, and settlement.
- Any other process which is required to meet business objectives

Required Skills

- We are seeking an experienced SAP PM Functional Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience to participate in an end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation. The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements,



designing and configuring SAP PM solutions, supporting integration with other SAP modules, and ensuring successful implementation and stabilization.
- The consultant shall support integration of SAP PM with MM, PP, FI/CO, QM, and other relevant modules.
- The consultant shall design/migrate/ configure processes for maintenance spare-parts, planning and procurement in coordination with SAP MM.
- The consultant shall collaborate closely with business team, co – partners or any other team members to support master-data design, cleansing, mapping, migration, and validation.
- The consultant shall collaborate closely with business team, co – partners or any other team members to prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and enhancements.
- The consultant shall support preparation and execution of unit, integration, regression, and UAT test scenarios.
- The consultant shall support defect resolution and coordinate with business users during testing.
- The consultant shall provide post-implementation support and ongoing system enhancements.
- The consultant shall provide functional support and troubleshoot production issues.
- The consultant shall maintain configuration documents, process flows, functional specifications, and project documentation.
- Graduate and relevant skilled experience in the respective SAP S/4 HANA module Consultant
