- Role: Construction Manager

- Experience: 8–15 years

- Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure / Builder / EPC

- Primary focus: End-to-end construction/project execution

- Manage multiple sites/projects, contractors, subcontractors and vendors

- Solid experience in civil construction, RCC, finishing and MEP coordination

- Responsibility for planning, budgets, timelines, resources and quality

- Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Vendors and Project Teams

- Regular site visits and project execution monitoring

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred

- Priority to candidates who have independently handled construction execution and teams

- Avoid profiles focused only on planning/estimation or junior site-engineer roles.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
