Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot computer, laptop, and peripheral issues.
- Format and reinstall Windows and other operating systems.
- Install and configure software, drivers, antivirus, and system updates.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Perform basic hardware repairs and component replacements such as RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, battery, etc.
- Install and configure printers, scanners, Wi-Fi devices, and other peripherals.
- Perform data backup, transfer, and basic data recovery.
- Configure computers and systems according to customer requirements.
- Identify hardware/software faults and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain records of repairs, installations, and customer complaints.
- Ensure repaired systems are tested properly before handing them back to customers.
- Provide basic technical guidance to customers regarding system usage and maintenance.





Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of Windows installation and formatting.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SSD, HDD, RAM, motherboard, SMPS, etc.
- Knowledge of software installation and driver configuration.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues independently.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Practical hands-on experience with computers and laptops.

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Computer Hardware, IT, Electronics, or a related field preferred. Relevant practical experience can also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
