Experienced Compliance Officer to manage regulatory compliance for a SEBI-registered PMS business. Robust knowledge of SEBI regulations and hands-on experience in compliance within the Indian capital markets ecosystem is essential.

Required Candidate profile

Knowledge of PMS, RIA, AIF, PMLA, KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS and related regulatory frameworks.

In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations, circulars, and compliance requirements.
