Job Summary

We are looking for a Compliance Associate with strong organizational and analytical skills to support our compliance operations. The role involves ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal standards, assisting with audits, maintaining accurate records, and supporting compliance-related activities.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain compliance documentation. Training will be provided.

- Review and verify compliance-related documentation for accuracy and completeness.

- Calculate income and asset values from various sources.

- Maintain and update Excel sheets on a daily basis.

- Prepare weekly compliance reports and submit them to the HOD every Friday.

- Ensure proper documentation as per prescribed procedures.

- Maintain and organize compliance records and data systematically.

- Monitor compliance policies and assist in updating them whenever required.





- Support audits and other compliance-related activities.

- Handle large volumes of data accurately and within defined timelines.

Requirements & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Ability to manage and maintain large volumes of data.

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
