We are looking for a proactive and organized Community Executive to join our Community

Team. The role involves engaging and coordinating with doctors, managing podcasts, webinars and CME sessions, and ensuring smooth execution of community initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable interacting with doctors and healthcare professionals, and capable of managing multiple activities independently.

Location: Powai, Mumbai | Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–1.5 Years

Education: B.Pharm + Full-Time MBA

Preferred Background: Healthcare / Pharma / Healthcare Agency

What Will You Do?

- Build and maintain a network of leading doctors to drive high-impact podcasts, webinars,

and medical programs.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals for podcasts, webinars, CME sessions, and other community initiatives.
- Communicate with doctors to understand their availability, requirements, and participation.
- Schedule and coordinate online meetings using Zoom and Google Meet.
- Create and manage events using the Medisage Admin Panel, Zoom, and Vimeo.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Content, Creative, Operations, and Video





Production for smooth execution of sessions.
- Manage end-to-end coordination for webinars, podcasts, and virtual events.
- Provide basic technical support during live sessions and troubleshoot common issues.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with doctors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Assist the Community Manager in day-to-day community engagement and operational activities.
- Maintain proper records of doctors, sessions, schedules, and community activities.
- Support initiatives focused on doctor engagement and community growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve doctor participation and overall community engagement.

What We Want

- 1–2 years of experience in Community Management, Healthcare Operations,

Event/Webinar Coordination, Doctor Engagement, or Client Servicing.
- Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Education, or Digital Healthcare experience preferred.
- BDS, B.Pharm, Life Sciences, or related qualification preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable interacting with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, MS Office, and Excel.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new tools and processes.
