The Community Leader role sits at the heart of this mission. You're not here to just “moderate” a forum. You’re here to build a real-time, high-trust, high-retention parent community—across platforms, age buckets, and needs.

From resolving queries at record speed to running expert-led sessions and scaling parent-to-parent conversations, this role is for someone who wants to create daily value—and see that value reflected in a parent’s relief, action, and return.

What You’ll Own

- End-to-end parent engagement across age buckets (Pregnancy, Newborn, Toddler, School-Going).
- CSE team leadership across English, Hindi, and regional touchpoints, managing Daily Sheets and Response Time standards.
- Onboarding and logistics for Doctors, Experts, video shoots, blog reviews, and "Ask Doctor" sessions.
- Community recognition initiatives (such as Parentune ProParent) and brand campaigns (e.g., Sebamed, Nestle) with activity trackers and payouts.
- Monetization alignment for Parentune Pro/Plus memberships, paid expert sessions, and courses.
- Who You Are
- A community-first thinker - you know the difference between reach and retention
- Sharp at listening - you decode what parents don’t say
- Fast, dependable, and detail-obsessed - you follow through on every conversation thread




- You’ve run WhatsApp or app communities, and you know what makes users come back
- You’re at ease speaking with Parents, Doctors, and Experts and can hold your ground

Bonus if You’ve

Worked in a startup, maternal/healthcare brand, have built communities, and have an expert onboarding background, are a parent yourself - you’ll know exactly what we mean when we say “frazzled mom at 2 AM”
