Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Dodda Ballapur.

The Commission Sales

Associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities for air conditioning, ventilation, HVAC, and engineering services, focusing on construction and industrial clients. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting site visits, presenting solutions, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role involves building long-term relationships with customers, coordinating with technical teams to align proposals with project requirements, and maintaining accurate sales records.

The individual will also monitor market trends, support marketing activities,



and contribute to meeting revenue targets through commission-based sales.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to identify client needs and present suitable solutions.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, air conditioning, ventilation, and engineering services, with willingness to learn technical details.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Comfortable working in an on-site workplace in Dodda Ballapur and visiting client locations as needed.
- Prior experience in field sales, construction-related sales, or industrial equipment sales is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) for quotations and reporting.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in engineering, business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
