Key Responsibilities

- Prepare food items according to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Handle assigned kitchen sections and ensure timely preparation of food items.
- Assist CDP, Sous Chef, and senior kitchen staff in daily food production.
- Perform mise en place, including cutting, chopping, marinating, portioning, and preparation of ingredients.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, quantity, and presentation of food.
- Follow proper cooking methods and maintain required food temperatures.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Maintain proper storage and labeling of food items and ingredients.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to minimize food wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, utensils, and kitchen areas.




- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth food production and timely order dispatch.
- Maintain proper stock levels of ingredients required for the assigned section and inform seniors about shortages.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunction or damage to the supervisor.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies when required.
- Follow daily production plans and instructions provided by senior chefs.
- Support opening and closing kitchen activities.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior within the kitchen.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
