Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager / Marketing Manager with a strong commercial acumen to drive business growth, manage marketing strategy, and oversee revenue-generating initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine marketing expertise with sound commercial/business understanding, and communicate effectively in the local language and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with overall business and commercial goals
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Manage pricing strategy, product positioning, and commercial terms in coordination with sales
- Drive revenue growth through brand building, promotions, and channel partnerships
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring ROI on campaigns and commercial spends
- Negotiate commercial agreements with vendors, distributors, and business partners




- Track sales performance, market share, and profitability metrics; report to leadership
- Lead and mentor the marketing/commercial team to achieve targets
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align commercial plans with execution
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion avenues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4–5 years of experience in marketing with strong exposure to commercial/business functions
- Fluent in local language and Hindi; working proficiency in English
- Solid understanding of commercial principles — pricing, margins, P&L;, and vendor negotiations
- Robust strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; familiarity with CRM and marketing tools preferred
- MBA/PG in Marketing or related field preferred

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
