Role Description The Collection Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Faridabad. This role involves contacting customers regarding overdue payments, reminding them of outstanding balances, and negotiating workable payment plans while maintaining professional and respectful communication.
The Collection
Executive will monitor accounts, update records, and ensure timely follow-up to minimize delinquency and support healthy credit control. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal finance teams, analyzing payment trends,
and escalating complex cases when necessary in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Credit Control and Finance to assess customer accounts and support effective repayment solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Debt Collection to manage overdue accounts, follow up on payments, and handle negotiations professionally.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Analytical Skills to interact clearly with customers, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
- Basic understanding of lending processes and regulatory requirements related to collections is beneficial.
- Prior experience in collections, banking, or financial services is preferred.
- Ability to work with targets, handle sensitive information confidentially, and use CRM or collection management software effectively.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
