Key Responsibilities
Call customers regarding overdue payments and balances.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
Guide customers through the payment process politely.
Requirements
Education: 12th pass or Graduate.
Experience: Fresher or 6 months experience in telecalling/collection.
Skills: Positive communication skills and polite behavior.
