Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Setter Cum Operator located in Anekal. The CNC Setter Cum Operator will be responsible for setting up CNC machines, selecting tools, and preparing fixtures according to job specifications and engineering drawings. Daily tasks include operating CNC machinery, performing machining and milling operations, monitoring production, and adjusting machine parameters to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

The role involves conducting basic quality checks, inspecting parts using measuring instruments, and ensuring that all components meet defined tolerances and quality standards.



The CNC Setter Cum Operator will also maintain machine cleanliness, follow safety and maintenance procedures, and coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling, including CNC setup and protected machine usage.
- Candidates should possess solid Machining and Milling skills for precision part manufacturing and tool selection.
- Candidates should possess competency in Quality Control, including inspection techniques, use of measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers), and adherence to tolerances.
- Relevant technical qualification such as ITI, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
- Experience in CNC operation within Aerospace, Automotive, or Industrial manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a team-oriented production environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required and meet production timelines.
