Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage health insurance business across a cluster of bank branches and drive achievement of sales and revenue targets.

- Build robust relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and bank sales teams to generate business.

- Drive bancassurance sales, lead conversion, cross-selling, and customer acquisition through branch channels.

- Monitor branch-wise performance, productivity, conversion ratios, and target achievement.

- Conduct regular branch visits, sales reviews, product training, and joint customer meetings.

- Ensure effective lead management, pipeline tracking, and timely follow-up.

- Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to resolve customer and policy-related issues.

- Ensure adherence to SLA, compliance, SOPs, and IRDAI guidelines.

- Prepare MIS and performance reports and implement action plans to improve cluster productivity.

Candidate must have 4 to 8 years insurance banca experience with 1 year of team handling experience.
